# CUSTOM MOD LICENSE
**Free Community Use and Modification License — With Specific Exclusions**
**Effective Date:** October 16, 2026
## 1. General Permissions
All mods, scripts, assets, configurations and other original content released by the Licensor under this Custom License are made freely available to the Arma community.
Except for the explicitly excluded parties identified in Section 3, users are permitted to:
- Download, install and use the mods on Arma servers.
- Modify, edit, adapt and improve the original content.
- Create and publish derivative works based on the mods.
- Redistribute and share original or modified versions.
- Integrate the content into other Arma projects and modifications.
These permissions are granted free of charge, on a non-exclusive basis, provided that users comply with the conditions of this license and all applicable Bohemia Interactive terms.
## 2. Conditions of Use
All permitted use is subject to the following conditions:
**Attribution:** Original authorship must be acknowledged when redistributing the content or publishing derivative works. Modified versions must clearly indicate that changes were made.
**Non-Commercial Use:** Commercial exploitation, including direct or indirect monetization of the content, is strictly prohibited.
**Arma Only:** The content may only be used within Arma Reforger game.
**Compliance:** All users must comply with Bohemia Interactive's applicable Terms of Service, EULAs and Workshop Terms of Use.
## 3. Strictly Prohibited Groups and Individuals
**NOTWITHSTANDING THE GENERAL PERMISSIONS ABOVE, THE FOLLOWING GROUPS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED FROM THIS LICENSE AND ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE LICENSED CONTENT:**
- **MRC**, including its members, administrators, developers, representatives and affiliated persons.
- **RB Combat**, including its members, administrators, developers, representatives and affiliated persons.
- Any individual, organization, server or project acting on behalf of, under the control of, or for the benefit of either group to circumvent these restrictions.
The excluded parties are **NOT AUTHORIZED**, directly or indirectly, to:
- Download, install, host or use any content covered by this license.
- Modify, edit, adapt, reproduce or create derivative works based on such content.
- Copy, reupload, redistribute, republish or incorporate such content into other projects.
- Operate servers that host or use such content.
- Use third parties, alternative identities, affiliated communities or intermediary projects to bypass these restrictions.
**NO LICENSE, PERMISSION OR AUTHORIZATION IS GRANTED TO THE EXCLUDED PARTIES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.**
Any authorization for these parties requires prior, explicit written permission from the Licensor.
## 4. Scope of Restrictions
The restrictions established in Section 3 apply to all content expressly released under this Custom License, including current releases, subsequent updates, future versions and new mods published by the Licensor under these terms.
These restrictions also apply to derivative works incorporating content governed by this license, subject to any rights previously granted under other applicable licenses.
## 5. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content
The Licensor retains ownership of all original intellectual property contributed to the covered mods.
This license does not transfer ownership of the original content to users.
## 6. License Violations
Any use of content covered by this license in violation of its terms is unauthorized.
Users who fail to comply with the applicable conditions may lose the permissions granted under this license, subject to applicable law and any independently existing license rights.
The Licensor reserves the right to pursue appropriate remedies for unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification or other infringement of the Licensor's intellectual property rights.
## 7. Disclaimer
The content is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind.
The Licensor shall not be liable for damages or losses resulting from the use of the content, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
**Free to use, modify and share within Arma — except by MRC, RB Combat and the specifically excluded affiliated parties.**
