1. DEFINITIONS

“Author” refers to BoogieTheUnit and Trench Dog Studios – DayZERO.

“Mod” refers to this software package, including but not limited to all scripts,
binaries, assets, configurations, documentation, and associated files.

“Authorized Server” refers to a game server that has received explicit written
approval from the Author to use this Mod.

“Unauthorized Server” refers to any server not granted written approval.

“Written Approval” means explicit authorization issued by the Author via email,
direct message, contract, or other recorded written communication.


2. GRANT OF LICENSE

This Mod is licensed, not sold.

Permission is granted to install, load, and run this Mod ONLY on Authorized
Servers that have received prior Written Approval from the Author.

No other rights are granted under this license.


3. OFFICIAL SERVER ONLY RESTRICTION

This Mod is designated as an OFFICIAL SERVER ONLY mod.

Any use of this Mod on an Unauthorized Server constitutes a violation of this
license, regardless of how the Mod was obtained.


4. PROHIBITED USES

Unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Author, you may NOT:

- Use the Mod on any public or private server
- Load, host, mirror, or redistribute the Mod
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or obfuscate the Mod
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass any authorization or security mechanisms
- Include the Mod in mod packs, server bundles, or collections
- Monetize access to the Mod or servers running it
- Claim ownership or authorship of the Mod or any derivative work


5. AUTHORIZATION & REVOCATION

Authorization may be granted or denied at the sole discretion of the Author.

Authorization may be revoked at any time, with or without cause.

Upon revocation, all use of the Mod must immediately cease and all copies must be
removed from all servers and systems.


6. ENFORCEMENT & TECHNICAL MEASURES

This Mod may contain technical enforcement mechanisms, including but not limited
to:

- Server authorization validation
- Feature disabling
- Fallback to vanilla gameplay
- Logging of unauthorized usage

Any attempt to interfere with or bypass these mechanisms is a material breach of
this license.


7. OWNERSHIP

All rights, title, and interest in the Mod remain exclusively with the Author.

This license grants no ownership rights.


8. NO WARRANTY

THIS MOD IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR AVAILABILITY.


9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO SERVER DOWNTIME, DATA LOSS, ACCOUNT BANS, LOST PROFITS, OR OTHER LOSSES ARISING
FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS MOD.


10. TERMINATION

This license automatically terminates upon any violation of its terms.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Mod and remove it from all
servers and systems.


11. GOVERNING LAW

This license shall be governed by the laws of the Author’s applicable
jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Requests for authorization or licensing inquiries must be directed to the Author
through official Trench Dog Studios – DayZERO communication channels.


BY INSTALLING, LOADING, OR USING THIS MOD, YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS OF THIS LICENSE.
