No Building Destruction

Fixed a potential source of crashes. See below for logs and a brief explanation. ShouldAllowDestruction() accessed prefab metadata without null-guarding. On some dedicated servers, GetPrefabData() or GetPrefab() can return null. The method returning false also prevented OnPostInit from running, leaving base state potentially uninitialized and causing errors on OnDamage.
