BRI_Arsenal

Adds an arsenal system similar to Arma 3's virtual arsenal. 
The mod is still in developement and might have some issues. 

Features:
- Change weapons/equipment
- Change equipment inventory & weapon attachments
- Save/load to file locally (PC)
- Edit any character loadout using game master
- Almost fully client based logic

Planned features:
- Sort lists by different categories
- Better UI

Known issues:
- some weapon skin variants might be missing
- some weapon variants are "duplicates" 
- possible crash on game exit after using arsenal

Notes:
- Integration with base game supplies stuff not currently planned.
- Modded assets might or might not work. Basic features should work the same but more complicated items might have issues. 
- The save directory path is updated when the save logic is changed. This is to avoid loading incompatible/outdated files.
