Adds a player-usable surrender interaction for civilians, built on top of ACE Captives.
Features:
- Walk up to civilians and order them to surrender (ACE Captives surrender state).
- MP Compatible
Credits: Core Captives system by the ACE Team (ACE-Anvil). Additional scripting and integration by Aaron J. Hughes and supported by AlienBallien for the Foreign Legion unit.
