Echoes of '89 brings much needed Individual First Aid Kits to Arma Reforger. This mod also looks to overhaul some of the medical items, making them act more in-line with real life. Designed for both hardcore MilSim units and casual Cold War enthusiasts, Echoes of '89 supports immersive gameplay across Conflict and custom scenarios.
