A bunch of fun assets inspired by many military sci-fi genres.
Currently contains a few new clothing and gear items along with some vanilla reskins/variants.
New assets will be added as they are completed. Future additions will include new weapons, radiation/decontamination framework, and more.

## 1) Definitions
* **“Mod” / “BVI”**: The Black Vial Industries game modification, including all associated files (scripts, configs, models, textures, sounds, data, signatures/keys), documentation, and branding delivered by the Author(s).
* **“Author(s)”**: The copyright holder(s) and designated maintainers of BVI.
* **“Unmodified Copy”**: A byte‑for‑byte identical copy of BVI as distributed by the Author(s), including original file structure and signatures/keys.
* **“Derivative Work”**: Any work that modifies, adapts, translates, ports, repacks, extracts, embeds, or otherwise alters any part of BVI, including but not limited to override mods, partial asset reuse, or code/content edits.
* **“Override Mod”**: Any separate package that purposefully targets BVI classes/functions/configs to replace, extend, or change BVI behavior at runtime (e.g., script/config overrides, de‑PBO and repack, signature re‑signing, or use of `-filePatching`/equivalent).
* **“Game Mode”**: A gameplay ruleset or scenario framework (including dependencies) that defines gameplay behavior and progression.
* **“Dependency”**: A package required for another package or game mode to load or function.

## 2) Grant of Permission
Subject to full compliance with this License:
1. You may **download, install, and play** BVI.
2. You may **host public or private servers** that run an **Unmodified Copy** of BVI.
3. You may **capture, stream, and monetize** gameplay footage (e.g., on YouTube/Twitch) provided you do not distribute assets from BVI itself.
4. You may **redistribute Unmodified Copies** of BVI **only** by linking to the official distribution(s) or by mirroring the package **exactly as released** by the Author(s), including all signatures and this License.

## 3) Restrictions (No Derivatives)
BVI is licensed **for use only** as released by the Author(s). Without prior **written** permission from the Author(s), you **may not**:
1. **Modify, adapt, translate, port, repack, de‑PBO, re‑sign, or otherwise alter** any part of BVI.
2. **Extract or reuse** any BVI asset (models, textures, sounds, configs, scripts, data) in any other mod, game, or project.
3. **Create Override Mods** that change BVI behavior/classes/configs/functions, or that rely on run‑time patching, injection, or file‑patching to alter BVI.
4. **Use BVI as a Dependency** for any game mode or mod **other than BVI itself**. (Compatibility/bridge add‑ons are only allowed if they do **not** include or alter BVI assets/code and do not override BVI behavior.)
5. **Port** BVI to other games/engines or to other Bohemia titles.

## 4) Server Monetization & Donations
1. **Commercial exploitation of BVI content is prohibited.** You may not sell, rent, paywall, or otherwise commercially license BVI or in‑game advantages tied to BVI.
2. **Voluntary donations** to defray server costs are permitted **only** if they do **not** grant in‑game advantages (e.g., items, currency, perks, priority slots beyond fair‑use queueing) and do not bundle BVI content with paid benefits.
3. You may not sell, trade, or monetize BVI assets in any form (including NFTs or similar schemes).

## 5) Distribution Conditions
If you redistribute BVI:
1. You must distribute an **Unmodified Copy** including this License and all original signatures/keys.
2. You must **not** change the file names, structure, or signatures, nor combine BVI into repacks that alter loading order or behavior.
3. You must **not** represent your distribution as “official,” “approved,” or “partnered” with the Author(s) unless you have explicit written approval. Use of the **Black Vial Industries**/**BVI** name and logos is restricted to nominative/factual reference only.

## 6) Interoperability Add‑Ons (Allowed With Limits)
You may release a **separate companion add‑on** that interoperates with BVI provided that the add‑on:
* does **not** include any BVI files or assets;
* does **not** override or alter BVI classes, configs, or functions;
* communicates only through public events/APIs where available; and
* is clearly labeled **“Unofficial – Not Affiliated with Black Vial Industries.”**

## 7) Anti‑Tamper & Integrity
You must not circumvent, disable, or interfere with integrity measures including (but not limited to) digital signatures, key checks, or configuration intended to protect BVI from modification.

BVI is protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Author(s). Nothing in this License transfers ownership or grants trademark rights.

## 9) Termination
This License terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease use and distribution and delete all copies within your control. Sections **4–13** survive termination.
