Adds various config and style changes for use by the 27th MEU
Description
- Modifies loadingscreen - Makes GM Voting impossible (except singleplayer) - Extends Armavision range to 50m - Vehicles take longer to despawn (and don't within 100m) - No map marker limit, stay on disconnect (broken atm) - GM saves on modded maps now load in single player - Added ability to customize display name
