Summary
Just setting ranks on a few items so at Private rank you can get them. Packs, and M14 mostly. And the starter gear for the base character.
Description
This mod will change over time so that it can replace the entire US faction. But for now it's just a few tweaks. Future Faction mods will be to use RHS or other clothing.
