Description
British Forces lets you experience the revolution in equipment and tactics undertaken by the British Army’s Light Infantry throughout the 1980s.
Information on how to enjoy British Forces mod, our credits and collaborators, and licensed content can be found in the Field Manual in-game. (Due to how Reforger treats mods, you will need to load into a scenario with British Forces mod loaded and pause to access our Field Manual section!)

Two Distinct Eras: 1983 & 1989
British Forces mod features two eras of the British Military. In 1983 the British military were still learning the lessons of the Falklands War, and the majority of equipment and tactics had been kept alive for nearly 30 years. By 1989 the Army was transforming into its modern form, adopting NATO 556 arms, cutting edge AT weapons and modern unit tactics.
Enhanced Progression
Dive into your specialty by unlocking progressively enhanced gear that fits your play style. Compare and contrast the effectiveness of different systems like the Mk7 AT Mine and L9 Bar Mine, or the L34A1 Suppressed SMG and the MP5SD, or the L96 Sniper Rifle and Special Forces Precision Marksman Rifle.
Unique Vehicle Handling
Contrast the vanilla vehicles with the ‘Truck, Utility’, an ageing but reliable beast from the 1960s. This 4x4 has an underpowered engine and lazy handling that will challenge experienced drivers.
Commando Ops
Go behind enemy lines in Commando Ops, our modification of Combat Ops, where you can load up your Special Forces patrol with as much kit as you can carry and wreak havoc behind enemy lines.
Vanilla Scenarios
Enjoy all of British Forces’ content across vanilla scenarios: Large scale conflict via ‘Conflict’ on Everon and Arland and a sneaky special forces assasination mission in ‘Elimination’.
