How Can Arma: Supply value as Weight


Supply value of the player inventory determines the weight.
This is a way to balance loadouts, removing jack of all trades.
Enforcing more interesting specialization for players.

Suppressors, Anti-Tank, UGL, grenades and scopes are high supply value.
Player has to pick between these to manage their loadouts.

The uniquness of player loadout allows more interesting and impactful decisions
and more unique encounters where different specializations will provide a bigger contrast.



Function
* Re-balance supply costs for suppsorss / scopes / armor
* Supply cost of items is used instead of weight
* Carrying lots of expensive supplies reduces movement ability
    * using HCA_CM to adjust movement ability such as sprinting, speedup etc.
    * having a cheap loadout allows players to sprint longer
    * having a cheap loadout allows players to speed up faster
* max character inventory supply limit: 500
    * player cannot pickup gear more than 500 supplies at once
* inventory UI indicator for current supply value
    * different colors of weight tiers shown in inventory (top right)
* supply value indicator when overing over indivdual items
