Winter Arsenal for Novka

Not completed , Yet almost there

 This pack adds selected soviet weapons and vehicles to US in an arctic them with the vanilla camo being re-done. it is not intended for as pvp scenario as the balance is uneven.  

This pack is intended to override the vanilla arsenal and vehicle depots, may not work with some scenarios due to their own override already built in.
