Ace Tatical Ladder Fix

Adjusts weight and volume of the ACE Tactical ladder so its small enough to carry in your backpack, as well as it changes the equip slot from one of the primary weapon slots to the throwable slot. 

This is my first mod alteration using the enfusion workbench, so it may be buggy, but it worked fine in testing. Big thankyou to the ACE dev on discord who helped guide me through changing the settings
