Mod to simplify naming conventions of The Unknown 1's Milsim Radios for use by 1stMDiv
Description
Mod duplicates Milsim radios to USSR and reprograms them to avoid interfering with the NATO radios. USSR versions have the prefix "Stolen" to indicate that they are USSR radios. WIP.
