TFU Core

TFU Core brings together Task Force Umbra’s gameplay utilities and shared server settings in one package, built around practical improvements for PvE sessions.

Included Features:

• TFU Weapon Sling - Automatically holsters your held firearm when knocked unconscious. Manually re-equip it after revival.

• TFU Disable GM Budgets - Applies a 300 living-AI limit to Game Master and scenario spawning, with greatly expanded vehicle and building budgets. Includes an option to restore vanilla budget settings.

• TFU Field Repack - Combines partially filled magazines of the same caliber through the inventory, including different ammunition variants. Transferred rounds use the receiving magazine’s ammunition type.

• TFU Unrestricted Loadouts - Raises the base carry-weight limit to 200 kg, removes running and sprinting stamina drain, and improves inventory packing efficiency. Heavy loads can still reduce movement speed.

Additional Changes:

• Adjusted cleanup settings for longer PvE sessions, including a 30-minute base vehicle cleanup timer.

• Players start at Corporal in Conflict, with normal promotions afterward.

• Custom TFU loading and welcome screens.

TFU Core provides a shared baseline for TFU servers and will continue to evolve alongside future content.

Use Core as the bundled option; avoid loading the included standalone TFU mods alongside it.
