Vampire UAV & FPV drones

additional custom armed FPV drones; Baba Yaga - dropper with 4x 82mm (can be reloaded), FPV recon and variants with the mortar shell, and RPG (model for the Salami's warhead has been changed to more detailed). warheads for regular FPVs are twice stronger, and there's THE SAME warhead for both factions. additional script to prevent drones from getting stack in vehicles, pad goes for pistol slot, and has model changed to nin like pad (lod4 - 300 verticles), and some other additional changes

drone jamming vehicle added - the black uaz452 with the rooftop antenna (civ faction, available in gm mode)

use the drone controller to connect, but first wear the goggles to enter the steering mode, and than hit the "r" button to launch the drone. arming with "z" button, and backspace for disconnecting
