# NARCOSTEAM PROPRIETARY LICENSE

## 1. Ownership
All source code, object code, scripts, software, systems, frameworks, libraries, configurations, documentation, databases, schemas, designs, concepts, models, three dimensional assets, meshes, animations, rigs, textures, materials, images, graphics, logos, branding, audio, video, user interfaces, intellectual property, trade secrets, technical information, creative works, and other materials contained within, submitted to, developed for, or committed to any repository, project, organization, or version control system owned, operated, managed, or controlled by NarcosTeam or Life Studios LLC are proprietary property of Life Studios LLC and, where applicable, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns.
This includes, without limitation, repositories and projects associated with Narcos, Narcos Life, Narcos Life Roleplay, NarcosTeam, and any related Life Studios LLC project, product, service, game, platform, or development environment.
Except where expressly identified otherwise, all such materials are the sole and exclusive property of Life Studios LLC.
## 2. All Rights Reserved
No license, permission, authorization, ownership interest, or other right is granted to any person or entity merely because that person or entity is provided access to a repository, project, branch, file, build, source code, asset, or other material covered by this License.
All rights not expressly granted in writing by Life Studios LLC are reserved.
## 3. Prohibited Use
Without prior written authorization from Life Studios LLC, no person or entity may:
1. Copy, reproduce, download, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, lease, transfer, or otherwise provide covered material to another person or entity.
2. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract, repurpose, or create derivative works from covered material except as specifically authorized by Life Studios LLC.
3. Use covered material in another game, server, community, project, product, company, repository, service, commercial venture, or personal project.
4. Upload, mirror, fork, redistribute, archive, leak, disclose, or otherwise make covered material available outside locations expressly authorized by Life Studios LLC.
5. Remove, modify, conceal, or alter copyright notices, ownership notices, watermarks, metadata, credits, trademarks, or other proprietary notices.
6. Claim ownership, authorship, licensing authority, or intellectual property rights over covered material belonging to Life Studios LLC.
7. Use covered material for commercial purposes, monetization, resale, licensing, training data, artificial intelligence development, machine learning development, asset extraction, or competing products without express written authorization.
## 4. Authorized Contributors
Access provided to employees, contractors, developers, artists, volunteers, testers, administrators, or other contributors is limited to the purposes specifically authorized by Life Studios LLC.
Repository access does not constitute permission to use company property outside the scope of the contributor's authorized duties.
Upon termination of access, employment, contract, membership, development participation, or other relationship with Life Studios LLC or NarcosTeam, the individual must immediately cease unauthorized possession, use, reproduction, or distribution of covered materials.
## 5. Contributions and Intellectual Property Assignment
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any person who voluntarily submits, commits, uploads, creates, develops, or contributes original material specifically for a Life Studios LLC or NarcosTeam project agrees that such contribution is intended for the exclusive benefit and ownership of Life Studios LLC.
Where legally permissible, the contributor hereby irrevocably assigns to Life Studios LLC all right, title, and interest the contributor possesses in that contribution, including all copyrights and other transferable intellectual property rights.
The contributor further agrees, upon reasonable request, to execute documents reasonably necessary to confirm or perfect Life Studios LLC's ownership of those rights.
A contributor must not submit material that the contributor does not have the legal authority to contribute or assign.
Nothing in this section overrides a separate written employment agreement, contractor agreement, intellectual property assignment agreement, contributor agreement, or other agreement executed with Life Studios LLC.
## 6. Confidential and Proprietary Information
Private repositories, unreleased source code, development builds, internal documentation, internal tools, credentials, security systems, technical processes, unreleased assets, business information, development plans, and other nonpublic information may constitute confidential or proprietary information of Life Studios LLC.
Access to such information does not authorize its disclosure.
Unauthorized publication, disclosure, copying, transmission, or distribution is expressly prohibited.
## 7. Third Party Materials
This License does not alter the ownership or licensing terms of third party software, libraries, assets, frameworks, or other materials that are lawfully incorporated into a Life Studios LLC project under a separate license.
Third party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
The presence of third party materials within a Life Studios LLC repository does not place Life Studios LLC proprietary material under the license applicable to those third party materials unless legally required by the applicable third party license.
## 8. Trademarks and Branding
Narcos, Narcos Life, Narcos Life Roleplay, NarcosTeam, Life Studios, associated logos, project names, graphics, branding, trade dress, and related identifiers may constitute trademarks, service marks, or proprietary branding of Life Studios LLC.
No right to use such branding is granted under this License.
## 9. No Public or Open Source License
Unless Life Studios LLC expressly states otherwise in writing for a particular file or component, materials covered by this License are proprietary and are not open source.
Public accessibility of a repository or file does not constitute authorization to copy, use, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the material.
## 10. Enforcement
Unauthorized copying, use, disclosure, distribution, sale, publication, reproduction, or exploitation of covered material may constitute infringement of Life Studios LLC's intellectual property rights and a violation of applicable agreements or law.
Life Studios LLC reserves all rights and remedies available to it, including the right to seek injunctive relief, monetary damages, recovery of profits where legally available, removal of infringing content, termination of access, and any other relief permitted by applicable law.
Failure by Life Studios LLC to immediately enforce any provision of this License does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
## 11. No Warranty
Covered materials are provided only for authorized development or operational purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Studios LLC makes no warranties regarding covered materials and disclaims liability arising from unauthorized use.
## 12. Severability
If any provision of this License is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
## 13. Written Authorization
Any permission, exception, license, transfer, or authorization relating to material covered by this License must be expressly granted by Life Studios LLC or an individual with documented authority to act on behalf of Life Studios LLC.
Informal access, repository membership, verbal permission from an unauthorized person, prior access, possession of files, or technical ability to access materials does not constitute authorization.
## 14. Reservation of Rights
Life Studios LLC retains all right, title, and interest in its proprietary materials and intellectual property.
No rights are granted except those expressly provided through a separate written agreement executed or authorized by Life Studios LLC.
