Disable Respawn

Disabled the ability to manually respawn using the menu after being incapacitated

This mod is only for hardcore players.

Tired of those who fall and then immediately choose to be reborn.

Current plan:
1. Disable respawn when the player loses the ability to move.
2. Under normal circumstances, the respawn time is set to 180s.

I don't want to completely disable the manual respawn option, as it can be very useful in unexpected situations.
