How Can Arma: Movement
test
Walk run sprint.
Player character movement system.
Character weight comes in 4 tiers.
Sprinting and running takes time to "spool up" depending on weight.
In general players can sprint A LOT further than vanilla.
When sprinting for a long duration, player regains stamina over time.
This allows long distance travel to be more fun,
while also keeping sprint as a limited tactical combat ability.
Turbo mode (green arrows) when scrolling up past mast move speed.
Turbo mode allows player to push the character past it's normal limits.
In turbo mode player can speed up a lot faster, but loses stamina faster too.
This allows for players to be aggressive (for a price),
for when you really need to move fast and don't care about burning
some extra stamina in the process (such as evading a grenade)
Hold shift during ADS to move forward fast.
