-Removes squad leader map marker
-Removes coordinate and altitude hints from map cursor
-Retextures map cursor and map layers
-Improves map marker placement accuracy
-Enables map line editing underneath protractor
-Retextures US Protractor to custom asset
-Reduces player collision box size
