Players spawn with colored armbands to help prevent friendly fire

US Players spawn with blue armbands
USSR Players spawn with red armbands
They can not be removed.
(This mod causes some issues with saving loadouts.)
All the hardwork for this mod was done by Cyborgmatt and all phrases goes to them! All I did was modify two files so others dont have to.
