Some custom clothing and stuff (IEDS - matrioshka & C4, cigarette, pilot Helmet, T-rex costume, ghillies, shopping cart, etc), retextures of vanilla and RHS clothing, mostly for RU side (pilot suit, a jacket, woolen gloves, boots, and the black cap), patches, dark-gray radios and lightblue phosphorus NVG for both factions
