Faction entities for the Obsidian Defense Group Vanilla+ server
Description
4 variants of the AH-1 and Mi-24 attack helicopters added to corresponding factions along with rank/supply cost adjustments for some weapons and equipment in order to cut back on "rocket spamming". These small tweaks were implemented in order to promote better supply management and add in some "end game" weaponry.
