Ohio Ordinance HCAR

The Heavy Counter Assault Rifle (HCAR) is a modernized version of the M1918A2 Browning Automatic Rifle (BAR). modifications include:
- shortened buffer tube to accomodate an AR-style buttstock
- conversion from open bolt to closed bolt
- last round bolt hold open and bolt release
- improved erganomics

now published without  RHS as a dependancy
