This agreement applies to all iterations of the **Ironvale_Base** module (“the Module”).

### 1. Usage Rights
Ironvale grants you a **revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable** right to utilize the Module for **personal, non-commercial purposes only**, as outlined in this document.

### 2. Approved Activities
You may:
- Install and operate the Module solely for **non-commercial gameplay or personal experimentation**.
- Alter the Module for private, non-public use.
- Publish your custom versions or adaptations **only if they are derived from original elements** and released **under this same license** for public access.

### 3. Limitations
#### 3.1 Commercial Prohibition
You are **strictly forbidden** from using the Module in any context that involves monetary gain, including (but not limited to):
- Hosting servers with paid features (e.g. VIP access, pay-to-play).
- Selling the Module or content packs derived from it.
- Charging for subscriptions or memberships tied to the Module.
- Using the Module in sponsored content, advertisements, or branded integrations.
#### 3.2 Redistribution and Alteration Rules
- You **must not** modify or redistribute any **third-party content originating from RHS** unless allowed under the **RHS Status Quo EULA**.
- Derivative works must be **freely and publicly accessible**—private or invite-only releases are not permitted.
- This license must be **included without changes** in all shared versions or adaptations of the Module.
#### 3.3 Prohibited Themes and Representations
You may **not use** the Module to portray, support, or reference:
- Real-world military conflicts, specifically including the **Russia–Ukraine war** and the **Israeli–Palestinian conflict**.
- Content involving terrorism, extremism, nudity, adult themes, or other forms of offensive material.
Ironvale retains the authority to **demand the removal of such content** and may pursue legal action if this clause is violated.

### 4. Ownership and Legal Standing
- All original content remains the **exclusive property of Ironvale**.
- Any incorporated content from **Red Hammer Studios (RHS)** remains under their ownership and subject to the **RHS Status Quo EULA**.
- Violating the RHS EULA may result in action by RHS or Ironvale, including removal requests or revocation of rights.

### 5. Enforcement
If you breach the terms outlined in this license, Ironvale may respond with:
- **Immediate termination** of your usage rights.
- **DMCA takedown notices and legal escalation**.
- **Other actions** deemed necessary to enforce compliance.
Ironvale may **revoke your license at any time** for violations or at its sole discretion.

### 7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the **Netherlands**. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Dutch courts.

### 8. Responsibility & Liability
By using the Module, you agree to **indemnify and hold harmless Ironvale and its contributors** from any legal claims or damages stemming from your usage or modifications.

### 9. License Changes
Ironvale reserves the right to **revise this agreement at any time**. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
