Exclusive balancing mod for the Running With Scissors hardcore conflict server. This mod raises RPG, LAW, Stinger, and IGLA rank/supply cost requirements to prevent relentless rocket spamming. The supply cost changes also will require teams to be more disciplined in choices of their loadouts as well as supply management.
