This content is the property of the GRS Mod Team and is provided exclusively for non-commercial, personal use within Arma Reforger.

All models, textures, materials, and assets included in this mod are either original works created by GRS or legally obtained through licensed marketplaces or direct agreements with creators. Where third-party assets are included under separate license terms, those terms are credited in the mod's Workshop description and take precedence over this document for the assets to which they apply.

The configuration, scripting, and technical integration in this mod are unique to GRS and the result of custom engineering.

This is a custom license issued under Section 3 of the Arma Reforger Workshop Terms of Use (https://reforger.armaplatform.com/workshop-terms).

Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using this mod, you agree to the following:

1. No Commercial Use
- You may not use this mod, its assets, or any portion thereof in any commercial product, project, paid service, or monetized server.

2. No Direct or Indirect Monetization
- You may not directly or indirectly monetize this mod or any of its content. This includes, but is not limited to: paywalled downloads, paid Patreon / Ko-fi / Boosty / Subscribestar tiers gated on access to or features of this mod, donation-gated server features that require this mod, sale of in-game items or services tied to this mod, paid Discord access tied to this mod, or any scheme that derives revenue from the mod's content.
- Non-commercial gameplay screenshots, videos, livestreams, and platform-monetized YouTube/Twitch content (via the platform's standard partner program) are permitted and encouraged. This permission does not extend to using mod content as the basis for paid services or paywalled content.

3. Arma Reforger Only
- This mod and all of its content may only be used within Arma Reforger and other Bohemia Interactive products that natively support Arma Reforger content. You may not convert, port, adapt, recompile, or otherwise use this material in any other game, engine, framework, or product.

4. No Redistribution or Reupload
- Do not reupload, redistribute, mirror, or repack any part of this mod or its contents without explicit written permission from the GRS Mod Team.

5. Reskinning & Prefab Editing Allowed
- You are permitted to create and publish reskins or modified prefabs that reference or build upon GRS assets as long as:
  - Your mod requires the original GRS mod to function (i.e., it does not repackage or include original GRS content).
  - You give clear and visible credit to the GRS Mod Team in your mod description or documentation.
  - Screenshots of textures may be used for creating reskins, but direct extraction of assets is not permitted.
  - Models may not be reused or redistributed, as they are locked already by Arma Reforger.

6. No Unauthorized Modification or Extraction
- You may not extract, decompile, or alter original GRS scripts, configurations, or systems without written permission.
- This applies only to GRS-created content - not Bohemia Interactive's original Arma Reforger code or public engine systems.

7. No Unauthorized Code Editing or Derivative Works
- Do not modify GRS-authored source code or create derivative works from GRS systems/scripts without prior written approval from gl1tch_.

8. Violations and Enforcement
- Violations may result in takedowns, blacklists, and/or legal action where necessary.

9. Respect for Original Work
- All work is the intellectual property of the GRS Mod Team. Please respect the time and effort that went into this project.

10. Permanently Banned Teams & Individuals
- The following parties are permanently prohibited from downloading, installing, using, hosting, modifying, reskinning, redistributing, or otherwise interacting with this mod or any portion of its contents:

and any member of their team, This prohibition extends to any individuals, alternate accounts, affiliated projects, hosted servers, collaborators, or organizations associated with them.
- This prohibition extends to both the GRS - Locker and GRS - ATAK mods and any other release citing the GRS Mod License.
- This prohibition overrides any other permission granted elsewhere in this license, including the reskinning and prefab-editing allowance in Section 5.

Disclaimer of Warranty

This mod is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. The GRS Mod Team makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, accuracy, or completeness of the mod for any purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the GRS Mod Team be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this mod - including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, save-game corruption, or hardware issues - even if the GRS Mod Team has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Arma Reforger and the Enfusion engine are the property of Bohemia Interactive a.s. This mod is an unofficial, fan-made addition to Arma Reforger and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with Bohemia Interactive a.s.

Severability

If any provision of this license is held to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Versioning

This license may be revised. Future versions will be issued under an incremented version number (e.g. v1.1, v2.0). The version applicable to a given release of the mod is the version shipped in that release's license.txt. Continued use of a given release after a revision is governed by the version that shipped with that release.
