Default Loadout in GM naked

The default loadout will make players spawn (almost) naked :
- No clothes of any sort
- No weapon
IMPORTANT : 
- Players will still spawn with a compass, and a frag grenade will be in the quick selection bar
- Players will not have one of the two primary weapon slots, the other will work just fine
I will eventually update this mod if I find a way to prevent players to spawn with a M16 without closing the first primary wepon slot.
