Tactical AI Surrender System has received a major balancing and stability update.
Key highlights:
Surrender is now dynamic and takes local tactical context into account.
The calculation considers nearby allies and enemies, wounded allies, incapacitated allies, and the unit’s own injury level.
Leaving surrender is also now dynamic, with configurable retries.
A minimum surrender time was added before the first escape attempt.
Perception-based neutrality was implemented (m_bUsePerceivedNeutrality), avoiding switching the real faction to CIV.
Behavior fix: AI that leaves surrender now correctly returns to combat.
Unconsciousness transition fix: when returning from incapacitated to alive, the state is automatically reconciled.
Added a server-side state monitor to prevent AI from getting “stuck” due to external state changes.
Added more diagnostic logs when loading ACE/Mission Header configs.
