Full WCS weapons fixes for NON-RHS use.

GMFX Chemical warfare improvements.
Made to work with WD_Clothing mods and WD_Pistol fixes and tweaks to bridge compatibility between various mods and accomplish things like making sure weapons,mags,grenades,and equipment appear in the appropriate places in pouches and modular gear.
Big ShoutOut to Gramps, the WCS guys, Darkgru,Rayzi and all the other modders out there doing such amazing and inspiring work!
