Description
The LAV 25 PIRANHA is a Light Armoured Vehicle developed between 1981 and 1982 by General Motors Canada. It entered service with the United States Marine Corps ( USMC ) in 1983, with 758 units delivered. Equipped with an M242 Bushmaster 25 mm automatic cannon and an M240 coaxial machine gun, it is shown here in the 4 colors used during Operation Desert Storm on January 17, 1991.
