MMHs Modular Structures was created to help terrain makers craft truly unique points of interest and make their maps stand out. It also served as a way for me to experiment with modular destruction, something I, along with many others, had always wished Arma would support. I ALSO had base building in mind for some future DayZ mod, in the hope that someone might expand on this mod.
Unfortunately, the destruction system wasn't completed for the MANW version, as I underestimated just how much work it would take. That was also a big reason why there aren't more modular asset variations.
Modular structures aren’t very well supported in Reforger either, with missing probes and other limitations, and they’re probably not the most FPS-friendly option. But I figured, I'm not a developer, I'm a modder, so let's have some fun.
