Summary
Fixes the broken particle lifetime of Mortar Smoke shells.
Description
The smoke shells launched by both mortars in the vanilla game only last 20 seconds. This mod fixes this bug and makes Smoke shells actually useful, by increasing their lifetime to an authentic ~70 second timer for each shell.
