Recon Mogadishu - Test - V1.1

!!NOTICE: This mod currently is broken in 1.3 version. Will fix this after its dependencies got updated. 
Dynamic Recon Mission Based on REAPER CORE
A batch of "special" cargo has arrived at the Port of Mogadishu. Infiltrate and reconnoiter the area to locate the cargo. 
Mission Phase 1: Make contact with the informant to obtain intel on local reconnaissance points.
Mission Phase 2: Conduct dynamic reconnaissance of the target site to locate a military computer device linked to the cargo. Hack into the device to retrieve the cargo coordinates. 
Mission Phase 3: Proceed to the cargo's location to verify its presence. Mission Phase 4: Exfiltrate the area.
