Initial play test has been completed, load to server was successful and complete.  Mod sets tested on server (initial) were successful.  

- resources at main bases was increased to start 
- radio transmissions at ALL locations were adjusted (to ensure secondary capture points were still required
- silo base was repositioned in an effort to reduce the 'AI in walls' issues
