Changes the parameter for AI targeting with the based game RPG ammunition.
Description
Changes the targeting parameter 'CanBeUsedAgainst' to include infantry to allow AI to target soft targets. Makes the start of contact absurdly chaotic. Don't use with modded RPG warheads which inherit the base game warhead or it may be... spicy. Made by, and for, the 1st Rangers Battalion chillsim here: discord.gg/1rb
