Summary
This mod will allow the US and Soviet flashlight to stay on when it is dropped.
Also addes new features as strobe effect and change of brightness low,medium or high
Description
New custom flashlight component can be added to any flashlight. My mod here https://discord.com/channels/105462288051380224/1433743830477443094 changes the vanilla flashlight but this component can be added to any. (its open for any to use the code link in github there too)
Changes:
1. When flashlight is dropped or player has it equipped it and its **ON** will stay **ON** this was a vanilla feature that got removed at some point.
2. Strobe effect, this can be customised and multiple modes can be added.
3. Brightness changer, same as strobe many scales of light brightness can be added
4. Adjust vanilla brightness since it was already so dim
