Removes the need for supply when healing. This can be used with Ace Medical or Ace Medical Prototypes.
Description
This is a config mod that will stop insta death when headshot and removes the need for supplies to heal troops using the medkit/medbox. However, this does not offer max heal on the patient, so an ambulance is still needed to heal a person back to full health.
