Summary
Explosive devices made for SpearHead!
Description
AP Mines:
PMN-4(BOTH) - Pressure activated detonation(AI activation only!)
Claymore(US)/MON-50(USSR) - Remote or timer activated detonation with a 60 degree blast zone
Claymore Tripwire(US)/MON-50 Tripwire(USSR) - Pressure activated detonation with a 60 degree blast zone(AI activation only!)
Smoke Grenades:
RDG-M(USSR): Larger smoke cloud than both base game options. Comes in White, Red, and Green
Grenades:
SpearHead Energy Drink(BOTH) - Fairly potent IED using a 5s delay fuse. Be careful though as they are heavy and can't be thrown far
M33A1(US)/RGO(USSR) - Impact detonation with a 4 second fuse fallback
MK2(US)/F1(USSR) - Slightly less explosive damage with more fragmentation than the M67, a 4.5s delay fuse, and about 3 meters less throw distance than the M67
Launchers:
RPG-26(USSR) - One-shot, disposable high-explosive anti-tank shaped charge delivered by a 72.5mm rocket
Blasting-Machines:
Reskinned the US one and added it to both teams. Original is untouched
Known issue(s):
BI's backend makes it so player contact with the pressure mines is not registered.
Still works with AI and also works when hosting a local game.
Falls apart when the backend is involved.
May just have to wait until they introduce the PMN-4 themselves as planned.
They had all the animations for a PMN-4 mine in the game files before 1.3 but removed them when they dropped it.
They may be facing the same limitations and need to rewrite parts of the engine or server backend.
Because of this the PMN-4 and Tripwire mines have been disabled in the config files. If you run a PVE server you can add them in yourself but this was made for PVP.
