Function
* Remove vanilla recoil moving the aim upwards indefinitely
* Dynamic recoil direction (randomly goes up,down,left,right)
* single fire has more recoil
* sustained fire reduces recoil (shooting in full auto)
* Burst fire in rapid succession also reduces recoil
* Recoil amount automatic based on caliber and weapon size
