Realism Overhaul - Recoil

This mod aims to improve the recoil and weapon handling to be more authentic.
Most of the changes affect vanilla weapons, but weapon sway for example works for all weapons derived from vanilla core prefabs.
The values are currently tuned to be like the weapon handling skills of a trained conscript in the 80s.

Current changes:
- Reduced muzzle climb on all vanilla weapons
- Adjusted (reduced) recoil impulse on all vanilla weapons depending on their caliber and weight
- Reduced recoil camera shake on all weapons
- Added a small recoil jitter to all weapons
- Added a gradually stabilizing sway and sight misalignment when ADS
- Weapon sway is now affected more by stamina, especially machine guns
