+ Code changes in AFW required reworked in NV-System as well
+ Added new IR laser, this is a custom scripted laser that can travel up to 1,200m (can be adjusted in prefab). This laser is considered high mode (AH) while the old one will be low mode (AL). This is only on the PEQ-15 and LA5B, PEQ-1 is low only.
+ Removed offset from IR laser prefab and adjusted all 3 prefabs.
+ Added helmet mounted IR Strobe that does 30 flashes per minute (1 flash every 2s).
+ Reworked portions of NVS_NightVisionComponent, removed dead code and fixed a few issues that potentially caused conflict with other NV systems.
+ Added parameter to SCR_2DSightsComponent that determines whether to turn NV-System off when in ADS, by default it is on for everything, just something extra for people that might want to block NVG from scopes.

Originally NV-System was just a base framework with no equipable NVG's, other mods were suppose to build upon it (like Wasteland-Gear-Pack). Now that is no longer the case and NVG's will have a special loadout slot: NVS_ItemSlot
Added a equipable and functional pair of GPNVG-18's, Might add other types if needed.
Fixed bug where IR lasers wouldn't turn off due to certain states (in a vehicle, unequipped, etc)
Fixed bug where NVG's would not turn back on when closing a menu due to having multiple NVG's in inventory
Updated overrides of Attachment-Framework attachments (Added LA-5B, PEQ-1 and updated PEQ-15)
