ARKA US Arsenal No Weapons

Add the RHS US arsenal without weapons. 

WHY NO WEAPONS?
On our PvE server we play with BetterSounds mod and some of the RHS weapons are not compatible (at least right now). The suppressors sound is buggued on some of them, so this way we prevent a player from selecting one of the weapons that don't work properly with BetterSounds.

This way we can enjoy the spectacular sound of BetterSounds and the fantastic RHS equipment sets.

- Backpacks and Vests
- Clothing
