Summary
Adds picatinny rails to the USSR firearms and adds them to both the USSR and US faction.
Description
Doesn't replace any guns. Just adds new variants. "Picrail" in name for easier indentification.
There are multiple optic attachment points for larger sight compatibility. If it doesn't work just try another optics slot.

The two AK74's and AK74U with picrails can use any muzzle device.
Additions:
Black variants of rifles and their magazines. PKM in black will come later.
30 round magazines loaded with Aromor Piercing High Explosive Tracers(APHET) for both the AK74 and M16 platforms. Custom Cyan tracers and custom bullets for the APHET 5.45x39 magazines. The ballistics are the same for both ammo types. They are pretty OP
APHET: Disabled through InventoryItems config file for both US and USSR
