-Removed Bison Inner Belt as Dummy Belt for the reskined G4 pants to keep the uniforms consistent (may revisit this to see if I can find a way to reskin them as well, but for now this is a stop gap).

-Added G4 Pants w/pads reskins in Black, MC Tropic, Wolf Grey, and CADPAT to give players matching pants options to run with the Gryphons.
