EPF-RHS compatability

CAUTION: Do not use on a server that has an active database, always wipe the .db folder before loading this mod for the first time.
ALWAYS backup your .db folder. 
Do not auto-update. There is always a chance of dataloss.

Makes gloves(Reforger/RHS), RHS helmet attachments(including NVG) persist and be saved for gamemodes that use Enfusion persistance framework.
