Realism Overhaul - Loadouts

This mod aims for more realistic loadouts and proper squad structures/roles.

Currently it does the following changes:
- Period accurate rifle platoon organization for US and USSR for Game Master.
- Leadership roles have their respective ranks already set
- Removed 6B3 vest from regular troops
- Only Squad Leaders and higher spawn with radios
- All weapons spawn without a magazine attached and chamber empty (including modded ones)
- Maximum squad size increased to 9
- Removed scopes from team leaders
- Only RPG backpacks can fit RPG rockets now
- 3 round mortar ammo boxes now spawn full with mortar shells
- Small arms ammo boxes spawn with appropriate amount of magazines inside

There are currently no limits on choosing roles in a squad, which is planned for the future (along with a classic Arma lobby).
