Adds jamming to small arms based on environmental factors
Description
Adds a jamming chance to all small arms weapons by default. The jam chance increases if: - in rain - submerged The jam chance decreases if: - above water (drying off) - not in rain (also drying off lol) Press your reload key to unjam the weapon. The animation that plays is assigned by the engine and custom or incorrect animations will not be added or fixed.
