implemented newly built spawn system and player persistence system added generic spawn location for new arrivals added starting character loadout variants current bugs: gasmask ui sometimes gets stuck on screen trading ui partially bugs out when looking at buyable items, testing for cause of these issues as they dont happen in workbench or local hosted machine, only dedicated.

added some loot spawns (still needs tweaking) added 2 trader locations, one in 100 rads bar, one in rookie village bunker free stalkers have a hard baked spawn in an area that spawns loot stashes to get them going added some food and medical items to civ arsenal box for gm radiation system has been merged with mine, the yellow analog detector has a slightly better detection radius than the dosimeter added artifact spawns, these are in hard to find places there's going to be a bunch of updates to this mod and its dependencies over the next few days (as a heads up to server owners)
