Summary

Slower aiming & regen, less perception & stamina, bleed more, & die vs. going unconscious. BUT!!, they WILL kill you if you are careless, despite being half-blind and half-deaf. Easy roadkill too!

-Ears Max Range from 120 to 250 (if they're blind at least they should be able to hear)
-Ears Sound intensity from 10 to 50
-Vehicle Threat Max Distance/Angle/Speed/Time from 50/15/.5/4 to 10/5/10/2
-Safe Aim Distance Friendly to 0.0 for possible friendly fire
